    Não foi disponibilizada a senha da fechadura digital da unidade, ficamos limitados a uma chave só para ter acesso a unidade, não tinha sacolas plásticas suficientes para depositar o lixo, a tv do Flete não disponibilizava de tv por assinatura, ficamos limitados a 10 kwh de energia, foi informado de passando disso cobraria um adicional, ficamos 1 dia da diária sem poder ter acesso a piscina principal sem avisos prévios, a mesma foi interditada pelo condomínio.
