    O flat n°5 é bem agradável, só alertando pra quem tem limitações que tem 2 lances de escada, super decoradinho, bem limpo, tem todo o necessário na cozinha, o chuveiro estava com uma pressão de água um pouco a desejar, mas me parece que o nível de água do condomínio estava baixo, já do lado tem padaria e pizzaria, é um pouco longe do centrinho pra ir a pé, mas é possível.
