Great stay once I’d found it! Need better phone assistance

    Relaxed downstairs posh hostel vibe

I couldn’t locate it for 1 hour by satnav and multiple phonecalls to reception to ask for directions were unhelpful. Staff put the phone down on me twice and there was no-one who could give directions in clear English.

Security around room keys needs to be looked into and not be given to people who are not staying in the hotel-GDPR and s

The decor was unique and comfortable

I want to complain about my room key being given out without my consent in check out day. whether it was my friend or not I should have been consulted before hand and this was not the case. Thankfully I knew the people however if this was to happen to someone else it could put someone in danger if the key was to be given to a stranger and it could put someone in a dangerous situation. Do NOT do this again regardless is u less they are staying in the hotel.
