Easy self check-in. Good communication with the owner, excellent instructions provided for that, and usage of jacuzzi and washer. Spaciousness and layout of the apartment, uncluttered space, easy to keep clean, great refrigerator, lovely to have an oven, nice lighting options, bed and kitchen chair comfort, large shower with good water pressure & good wardrobe area. Easy walking distance to all sorts of shops and restaurants.
BBQ wasn't cleaned, and there was no equipment to clean it that we could find. There were no soup/cereal bowls and only one small plate, so we bought a couple of each. Sharp knives (or a sharpener), scissors, proper tongs, and a spare kitchen towel would have been appreciated. We travel with our own kitchen kit, including a sharpener, so we managed fine. There are no baking dishes other than the huge oven pans. The salad bowls are stored in an awkward, hard to access cupboard space. Bins for recycling ♻️ are needed. A pop-up toaster would be very useful for many travelers.
