  Mandala Beach healing is a beautiful relaxing oasis with sunrise beach views

  Mandala was a great choice - we stayed in the pool view room overlooking the beach. Beautiful room with a huge bed and gorgeous outdoor bathroom. Access to a shared kitchen and lounge area too. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. You're immersed in nature here so be prepared for visitors! We had a frog, cat and crab pay us a visit. There are great beach cafes and bars on your doorstep and the main town is a short 20min walk away.

  The door was a little flimsy and didn't close properly so let wildlife and bugs in. The pool looked murky so we were put off using it.

  My first choice on GiliAir!

  Pure paradise on earth - lovely staff (special thanks to Hermann), who picked us up at the harbour, showed us around, harvested a fresh coconut from own palm trees and was always there for help&advise. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, comfy beds, a yoga balcony, fully equipped, shared kitchen with great coffee, tea and fresh fruits facing an amazing beach.

  The three busy bees (Polong Herman, Eko and Wira) will help you to make your stay unforgettable, so that you will spend a happy time in a very cosy and clean room right in front of the most beautiful snorcheling spots! Thank you for your kindness and the many laughter 😃 At Mandala Healing House you will wake up with overwelming sunrises.

  The most amazing place I’ve stayed in 🙏🏼

  This place is a little slice of heaven. From the moment I walked in, I couldn’t believe on how well thought the place was. It is a beachfront brand new place so everything is spotless. You can still smell the linen scent from the brand new curtains. The room is very well designed. It gives you the beach vibe with a touch of luxury. The towels smell amazing. The place has a nice and very clean swimming pool. I slept with my curtains open so I wake up and see the ocean and the sunrise from my bed. The bed was comfortable and so the pillows. The outdoor bathroom is so gorgeous. The bath is big, the shower is nice and it’s good to watch the stars at night whilst having a shower. They always have fresh and cold water. They also put fresh fruit in my room. They have beds at the beach so you can lie down and forget about your problems. The staff is lovely and extremely helpful. They were always prompt to help. I would recommend this place to with my eyes closed. Definitely worth it and I can’t wait to go back. Terima Kasih 🙏🏼

  Only for low expectations..

  Free water Close to the beach

  The hotel has potential, being newly opened, but it’s frustrating that so many things aren’t working. We repacked our luggage and moved to another room after the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, only to find that in the new room, both the WiFi and hot water aren't working properly. The staff responds quickly on WhatsApp, promising to 'fix it tomorrow,' but nothing has been resolved so far. It feels like they’ve just stopped trying. They tried to convince us that the WiFi wasn’t working because of strong winds on the island, but this seems to be a general belief of the locals. I attached a photo showing there’s simply no signal in the room. They later said they avoid buying an extra antenna because it's supposed to be a "healing house", maybe this should be communicated from the start, to prevent false expectations. They also claimed the hot water issue was due to limited supply from Lombok. After speaking to a dive shop manager, it turns out they actually forgot to buy a fresh water tank as a reservoir, it might work a minute now and then. Cons: - wifi only in one of the two houses - sliding doors in the room always get stuck because of amateur craftsmanship - the shower drain is clogged and stinks of sewage - hotwater mostly doesn't work - bedroom door isn't built well, has a big gap, so you hear everything your neighbours "do" or talk - and vice versa. Sometimes the door will open by itself when not blocked with a chair - toilet won't flush properly - beds not realy made for couples as there are only twin beds with seperate moskito nets, unless you get the beachfront room - to little furniture for clothes and luggage, as everywhere - plants in bathroom obstructing shower - cob webs at the ceiling - we had to ask for fresh towels literally every day
