    We had an amazing stay at Mandalika Cottage. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, and the fridge was super convenient—especially with the best kombucha I’ve ever tried! The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was comfortable with reliable hot water. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The area is peaceful, yet close to everything you need and not far from the beach. The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome.

    Pleasant staff. Delicious breakfast. Spacious room.

    Water in the shower was very stinky, the smell resembling one from heavily used water filter cartridges. This was the sole reason I decided not to extend my stay here. Also, during the rains the roof above the gate is pouring water onto the heads of those entering the territory.

    Superb

    Great place to stay, just outside the busyness but close enough for snorkling, lots of good food, rent a push bike and you can explore the island. Host and owner were very nice. Room is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Airco is well positioned so it cools the room, but doesn't blow your face. Bed sleeps good.

    The only con is that some bad smells comes from the shower every now and then. But the shower is very clean, so it has something to do with the piping, like many places in the Gili's and Bali.
