  Lovely Villa with Outstanding Hospitality

  -We received a very warm welcome from the owner's mother, who handed over the keys and made us feel at home from the start. -As a welcome gift, we were given a bottle of local wine, which was a lovely touch. -The villa is modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained. -The swimming pool is a great size and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. -Having a private tennis court was a fantastic bonus. -Great location – only about 30 minutes from Baška Voda with its beautiful beaches and around 45 minutes from Makarska. -There are several excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby. -The Red and Blue Lakes are well worth a visit and are only a short drive away. A car is definitely recommended for exploring the area. -The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. -The games room is excellent and includes a PlayStation, snooker table, and darts, making it perfect for both adults and children.

  The villa has two large air conditioning units located in the hallways, but there are no units in the bedrooms. As a result, the bedrooms become extremely hot, especially during warmer months. Unfortunately, the windows are not fitted with insect screens, so opening them isn't really an option unless you want mosquitoes and other insects flying inside. We found this out the hard way. But the fans were provided upon request. -There is a large cherry tree next to the pool. During May and June, many cherries fall onto the ground, which attracts a significant number of wasps and ants. It's a good idea to bring insect spray if you're staying during this period.

  Everything was absolutely amazing. There was so much to do that we ended up just staying in most days. All the facilities were fantastic, the host was extremely helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. There are multiple shops within walking distance, beaches are only about 30 minutes away, many fantastic restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone and we definitely plan on coming back again.

  Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Wir waren mehr als begeistert als wir die Villa betreten haben. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden über weiten übertroffen. Die Villa bietet für jedes Wetter die passende Aktivität. Pool, Tennis Platz, Boßelplatz, Mini-Golf, Billard, Dart, Kicker und vieles mehr. Die Einrichtung der Villa, modern, schön und sauber. Außengelände sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Weingut welches zum Abschluss eines schönes Tages einlädt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Tante Emma Laden) befinden sich zu Fuß, ca 5 Min von der Villa entfernt. Wenn man etwas mehr benötigt muss man mit dem Auto ca 7km fahren. Dort findet man ein Konzum und ein Lidl. Im großen und ganzen war das einer der schönes Urlaube die wir in Kroatien verbringen durften. Großes Lob an den Eigentümer. Egal was war oder welche Fragen wir hatten, der Eigentümer war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allem geholfen.
