    Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ PLEASE PLEASE do not book this place Wish I read the reviews before hand. I can not give good review because we never got to get in,booking.com need to take this off there site. I messaged them about are check in time & that was it. We got the the building but we cudnt gain access as they never sent any codes to gain access talking to people going in had the same issue having to contact booking.com to get on to the ownes for code, In the end after talking to booking.com explaining are situation even they cudnt get in contact with them.so in the i had book another place to say,😡😡

    Great location clean and comfortable

    Clean and comfortable Good price. Great Central location .

    Our room was below ground and the curtains were closed so no natural light. Stairs down to the room we're a bit scary

    Clean, close to city centre and value for money.

    Check in details were accurate and easy to follow. Property is close to the city centre and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Property was clean, although didn’t look like the photos but was value for the money that I paid.

    Not many glasses in the room and could do with a bin in the bathroom.

    Takes your money and double books!, smells of damp, disappointing.

    Nothing

    Turned up and room key not there ! Double booked, called host and she sent an elderly man with a spare key to try the room we had booked. Turns out a couple were staying in it We then got told we would have to have another room downstairs in the basement. This room was not the same as we booked. No bath , damp and smelly, spiders on the walls. Contacted host straight away and she said only thing to do is not stay and offer a refund. We chose to not stay and we let her know. She then said she would issue refund after midnight. Gave her time to do this and no refund !!! Contacted booking.com as a genius member They tried to contact the host but no response!! This led to her taking my £88 for no stay in the hotel. Appalling services!
