    Excellent location, beautiful surroundings, very comfortable stay and I highly recommend

    The apartment was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Paolo was an excellent host, met us at the property and talked us through everything we needed to know. He even had a print out of recommended places to eat and drink. The property was in the most perfect location, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and excellent food and drink places right on the door step! I will definitely be visiting Bologna again and will want to book this apartment again.

    Wonderful location in a wonderful city.

    Great location, very close to Piazza Maggiore and the centre of Bologna. Although a very lively area, the accommodation is in a quiet side street, so very peaceful.

    Great location, staff and spot with all the necessary amenities.

    Spacious studio apartment with everything you need. A large shower with great water pressure. The manager is very accessible and responsive. He even has a list of recommended restaurants to assist you. It’s in a great location within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and cafes.

    Maybe a couple more pillows and towels or even a spare blanket or throw would make the stay even better.

    Owner (Paulo) is a fantastic host. Location is unbelievably convenient to everything. Apartment was clean and excellent facilities.
