    Great villas but poor hospitality.

The villas were great and the environment of the hotel itself was good.

Short-staffed, there was no personal butler. The free food included in the package were not tasty and did not have a large variety. It didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. The shower soaps/shampoos provided in the room were used and not new bottles.

    Short-staffed.

    The villas.

Short-staffed. The experience was not so great. We joined their NYE party and it was lacking and not exciting. Food could have been improved. No personal butler

Not worth the price due to lack of hospitality.

    Good view and pretty villas.

Hospitality was not great as it was short staffed. Facilities could have been improved.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We stayed one night and moved. Shabby, rundown with terrible customer service

The beds were comfortable and the villa spacious.

We cut our trip short by 3 days and moved to another hotel. Facilities and grounds were rundown, shabby and felt like a ghost town. Worst of all there were broken boards with rusty nails sticking out surrounding our private pool which was covered in algae, our bar fridge was empty and didn’t work. There was no butler as specified on the website. Worst of all, when we tried to cancel our remaining three nights they tried to charge us $600 for a New Year’s Eve party they told us was free with the stay. Feel extremely upset about the whole experience and ended up paying over 1k for one night with all of the issues mentioned above.

Very quiet country setting. Staff hardworking and accommodating. Limited amenities. Limited staff. More isolated. Poor access to attractions, shops, restaurants. No working in-room phone. Spotty WiFi. Water not working.
