    Wonderful stay and hospitality in a beautiful beach community.

    Immaculate, roomy apartment that had everything you could need. Jan also had a delicious loaf of bread waiting along with some other snacks which were wonderful to find after hiking the Te Araroa that day. Communication was excellent and I was fortunate to meet Jan during my stay. Jan was very thoughtful and attentive and that made my stay that much more pleasant.

    Wanted for nothing.

    Very comfortable and clean. We loved the lovely warm sourdough Jan left in the kitchen for us. Thank you

    Once Jan welcomed us we had the allocated space to ourselves. We enjoyed having a room each.

    Fabulous stay at Mangawhai Heads!

    Everything worked out as we expected. Host Jan was very helpful and communicated in advance with tips and directions. She bakes a very nice sour dough loaf for her guests!
