    Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

    Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön ausgestattet und überall sauber. Man kann jeden Abend wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - Wünsche werden sofort umgesetzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist speziell zu erwähnen, da es eine sehr grosse Auswahl hat und sehr lecker ist.

    Good hotel, more 4 than 5 star, disappointing after service from the travel desk

    Generally nice hotel (comparable to decent 4 star properties in other destinations). Friendly amd approachable staff, off peak we got an upgrade for free and a free drink etc.

    Unfortunately, we booked an excursion with the hotel owned travel desk. The excursion was cancelled from their side due to a lack of participants, which can happen. Instead of an immediate refund, we had to fill out a paper form to be processed by the hotel. The desk guranteed it should be refunded within two weeks. Now more than two weeks in, we are still owed 160€ for a trip that never took place and follow-ups with the Mangias back office do not lead to a resolution. This is a is really disappointing for 5star property. Knowing this, I would avoid any trips that go through the tour booking desk.
