    Nice hotel in Jakarta

    The hotel is good to reach, somewhat central and has a mall directly next to it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly, costumer oriented and helpful.

    The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

    The rooms are clearly very old and, despite the hotel now being under new management, very little seems to have changed. The carpet was in particularly poor condition, showing significant signs of age and wear. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard. The towels and bedding were visibly dirty, which was particularly disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
