Overall good spot but it feels a bit like it needs a good freshen of linens and mattresses to elevate it

Beautiful villa and great location in between ubud and tegallang

Bedding and towels and amenities were a bit disappointing. Sheets and blankets felt a million years old and had a musty feel to it. Had a very leaky air conditioner in one of the rooms.

It was spacious and private Pool table was a bonus

Bathrooms were not the cleanest, towels had stains on them. Breakfast was not the best either
