La localisation, appartement récement rénové
Aprés 3 jours, le soir nous avons été envahi par des caffards de 5 cm. Nous contactons la gestionaire qui nous explique que nous sommes dans 1climat subtropical et que cela peux arriver (cela fait 10 ans que nous venons à Ténérife nous n'avons jamais connu cela). Sur les conseils de la gestionnaire nous avons acheté de la bombe insecticide et des appâts. Nous pensions être quitte de ces bestioles mais elles sont revenues de plus belles. Nous avons recontacté la gestionnaire en lui signifiant que nous ne voulions plus dormir dans cette appartement et nous rembourser la moitié pour dormir tranquillement à l'hôtel. Elle nous a répondu de voir avec booking mais à fait la sourde oreille. Nous avons du dormir enfermé malgré la chaleur dans l'appartement de peur que les caffards rentrent. Je les écrassées dés que j'en voyaient. L'ideal est de traiter tout l'immeuble 1 fois par an comme les locaux nous l'ont suggéré. Nos vacances ont été gachées par la gestionnaire de la location et booking qui n'a pas pris ces responsabilités. J'attends d'eux au moins 1 geste commercial.

Te odio mi amor
Al llegar conocimos a Erica que es una persona, amable, empatica y hospitalaria, nos ha echo sentir muy seguros y acogidos. Sin duda repetiriamos para el verano que viene con mas amigos.
Fuera de la casa lo que nos ha sorprendido es que haya cucarachas, hormigas y ratas,, solprende porque todo era muy sofisticado y muy de ensueño y de repente te encuentras esos bichos, alucinante!

A beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located home that made our holiday even more special — we would happily stay here
We absolutely loved our stay at Mango. The apartment is beautiful, modern, spotless and very well maintained, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It feels welcoming and cosy from the moment you walk in. The location is simply perfect: Playa del Duque is only a few minutes away on foot, and there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Everything was incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated how peaceful and well-kept the area is. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday.
Everything was exactly as we hoped for, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay.
