  I booked a room weeks in advance. The night before my arrival—while I was already at the airport—they messaged me saying they couldn't provide the room. Instead, they offered me some sort of storage closet for the same price! It was fit only for a dog! I was scammed and forced to urgently find another room at a higher rate! The next morning, I saw my original room listed on the site for three times the price! They simply decided to cash in on the high demand. I wouldn't recommend dealing with these scumbags!

  The pictures are old. The place is rundown and not managed well

  Location was okay

  When I showed up I was given a different (smaller with no balcony) room than what I had booked. When I pointed it out, the host said it was an honest mistake since he had someone else in the room I booked but he didn’t seem surprised so I think it was on purpose. He’s a scammer or a poor manager, either way it’s bad. Very inconvenient to scramble and find another place but I was okay with it since the property is not being maintained well. No toilet paper provided the entire time I was there. Needs better cleaning. The “soap” was a used bar soap with hair stuck to it and a plastic bottle that used to have soap and was just a bottle of water since no one bothered to buy any. I had to go and buy my own soap the next day. Surfaces need to be cleaned better and the shower had tape with hair stuck to it. Bug spray was sitting on top of the fridge when I arrived so there’s probably an issue there. Someone else’s personal belongings (martial arts wraps) were on the window sill which is an indication that the cleaner is not paying attention to details. Also, stains on the pillowcase and sheets. The host charged me for utilities even though I was only there 3 nights so that was petty and annoying especially since I had to find new accommodation for the 2 months I’ll be in Da Nang.
