    O imóvel é bem localizado e atende ao que se propõe em termos de estrutura.

    Após a confirmação da reserva e o pagamento antecipado pelo Booking, foram impostas condições que não constavam no anúncio original. Houve divergência quanto ao horário de check-in — informado na plataforma como permitido até as 22h, mas posteriormente limitado a até as 20h em conversas externas. Além disso, foi exigida a assinatura de um contrato após o pagamento, contendo regras e penalidades que não haviam sido previamente informadas. A estadia foi concluída, porém deixo este registro para que futuros hóspedes fiquem atentos às condições que são efetivamente aplicadas após a reserva, especialmente quando há pagamento antecipado e impossibilidade de cancelamento com reembolso.
