  Absolutely beautiful flat, out of this world, immaculate. All mod cons, everything you cd dream of! Fantastic, location, quiet too, fabulous sea view! Excellent value for money, fabulous host, above an beyond! Dad's 80th birthday! Thank you so very much! Absolutely loved slept like a log! So comfy! Warm. Cosey

  Wonderful and homely stay, we cannot wait to go back again.

  We were visiting St Annes with a kite club to participate in the kite festival, so the location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was there to greet us and explained everything very clearly and was very accommodating to our needs. The apartment was perfect, a lovely combination of a traditional slightly quirky old property, with a new and very well equipped kitchen. The view was beautiful, the sofa was comfy, the apartment was cosy and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable, and there was ample parking. We will definitely return, I wouldn't want to stay elsewhere now! Thank you for making our stay lovely.

  I didn't like that we had to leave so soon! We could have stayed for ages, it was so homely.

  Comfortable and Convenient Accommodation

  We like the hospitality at Manhattan Lodge, and always receive a warm welcome on arrival. Our apartment is located on the ground floor which is important to us as we have mobility problems, and there is an allocated free parking space provided right outside. The apartment is always clean including the linens which are included, and the decor is pleasant throughout. There are standard facilities in the bathroom and kitchen, both of which are beautifully tiled where needed. The lounge is spacious and comfortable and includes two settees, and there is a dining table and chairs. Outside the Lodge, there is an area where guests can sit outside, tables and chairs are provided. The location is excellent, with the seafront just over the road from the Lodge, and a shopping centre including a well known supermarket are found nearby. The price of the accommodation, reflecting the cost of living is competitive, but we would still recommend this accommodation to others. I spoke to one guest who, when asked, said that they had had a lovely holiday there.

  Would stay again, five minutes walk to town centre, and buses

  Well equipped kitchen, bay window good view
