Location is good..close to the mall and 7/11 a cross the property. There was some miscommunication with the host regarding late checked in time. As soon as we landed I tried calling the host that the flight was delayed. But he was not picking up the phone. When we arrived at the property we were having a hard time checking in at the front desk. The front desk trued calling him many times..but he was notpicking up the phone. I tried calling him many times as well but as usual not picking up the phone. We were very tired from the long flight and we were getting very impatient. Finally we were able to contact the host and he came back to check us in. He was nice but the inconvenience we experienced because of miscommunication was not that good.
The miscommunication regarding check-in time and not picking up the phone calls.
