This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 240 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note that the property will need additional information from the guests, such as photo ID, once the booking has been made. The guests will be sent an email with detailed requirements after booking. Smoking is not permitted throughout this property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 150 to cover cleaning costs. A deposit may be required at the property.
