    Everybody enjoyed their stay

    Thought it was going to be out of the way, but is was equidistant between Filey and Bridlington. The house was roomy, clean. and very comfortable. Dining Table was huge and was great for the family meals (13 of us) The Hot Tub proved to be very popular. The bathroom on the first floor was amazing. Plenty of room for Parking

    Only problem we had was the Smoke Alarm in the second floor bedroom would not stop pipping. We notified the owners but had no reply. As a suggestion could you please put a towel in the downstairs cloakroom.

    The size of the accomodation allowing 22 people to be in the same space. Each room is well equipped and comfortable. Beds are lovely. The kitchen is big and well equipped, nothing is left wanting. Location is great. Nice walk to the local beach.

    Wonderful accommodation full of charm, ideal for large parties and a great location.

    The property suited our party size ideally with all of the our needs met in terms of facilities etc, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location for branching out in different directions with lots to do locally.

    A great house for a multi generational family break.

    Loved the house it was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a special birthday. Lots of space for people to get together or even have their own space.

    the only down side was not being able to open any windows, especially with it being so warm at the moment.

    Great location , not so great property

    Great location

    WiFi was down on arrival , manual said to reboot it, but router was kept in locked office with no way to access, WiFi remained down until last day (day trip) before they sent someone to reboot it. We some half eaten food in one of the rooms, a couple of rooms had the smoke alarms unplugged and left on the side. Obviously hasn’t had a deep clean in some time and is a bit tired
