    It was a relaxing break, certainly worth repeating.

    Breakfast was very good. Also enjoyed the music and the interesting layout of the room. Bedroom was very well designed. Bed most comfortable. The Manorhaus is an attractive building.

    No issues here.

    Lovely hotel / beautiful building / fab breakfast

    Loved the location - in the heart of the pretty older part of town and loved general vibe of the place - the building was beautiful. we stayed for a wedding and it was perfect weekend stay. Great room to get ready in pre wedding. I think compared to other hotels in Ruthin this is probably the best pick. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Pillows very comfortable and bedding good quality.

    Unfortunately there seemed to be a leak coming down from the window so there was quite a damp mouldy smell in our room when you first walked in, and brown stains / water marks coming down the paintwork by the window. My friend sat on one of the window seat cushions and her backside got completely soaked with brown cold smelly water - the cushion was sodden. I appreciate it probably costs a lot of fix external structures / leaks but it wasn’t quite the experience we wanted on arrival.

    Quirky, beautiful, well appointed & very friendly staff. Spot on!

    Thought breakfast was included but suspect that i was my error. That aside, quite a busy road outside but these are only very minor.

    It was a lovely building

    The bathroom in a box, and the toilet seat was broken. The back of the bathroom door was coming off. The room smelled damp.
