  Great location and very friendly host. Their place was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Gaëlle even provided us with a little treat in the fridge after a long day of travel. The small details made the world of difference. All the recommendations for food, sight-seeing and places-to-visit were fantastic. The communication was excellent

  Beautiful apartment with great features - who doesn’t want private lake access?!

  The location of the apartment was ideal, close to the ferry and the main area. The private lake access was a perfect place to unwind.

  Ottimo appartamento per due

  Ottimo appartamento in centro a Menaggio, la posizione è davvero centralissima ed hai anche il porto a neanche 5min a piedi. Nella casa c'è tutto quello che può servire e anche in cucina non manca niente! Lo spazio è abbondante per 2 persone, avevamo bagagli abbastanza ingombranti e c'era posto per tutto L'arredamento è carino ma niente di ricercato, pavimento forse un po datato ma non è un grosso problema

  Le uniche pecche della struttura sono le numerose scale, ma comunque è una cosa che si sa da prima e una cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è la doccia con la tenda, la trovo un po antiquata e scomoda. Inoltre direi che in generale i prezzi della zona sono molto elevati, quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è molto alto ma non è un problema dell'intera zona, non della struttura!

  Not worth the money.

  Hosts were available by what’s app and gave thorough instructions for check in etc. They offered help and assistance to us if we needed it. They let us put our bags in a small storage closet to go to breakfast (not included) after check out at 10 am. The AC was good. We had requested an early check in through Booking.com and it had been approved but we also were notified by the owners that we could check in early.

  Whether it’s a Booking.com issue or the owners’ posting, this is essentially an attic top floor - many many steps up-no elevator- small flat with a tiny obstructed view of the lake out a small bedroom window. The place is lacking what we have come to expect from a rental of this price ($333 plus Italian taxes) There was no soap, gel, shampoo in the shower- only one hand soap dispenser. The towels are not soft and there are no wash clothes. There was one roll of TP only. There was no milk or cream for the coffee and no tea kettle, only a rustic Italian coffee maker that is used on the stove.
