A warm welcome to a beautiful historic building with excellent service and some nice touches
I received a very warm welcome to this really beautiful historic building with wonderful gardens. My room was very comfortable with everything that I needed, it was quiet and I had a great night’s sleep. The addition of mouth wash to the complimentary toiletries was pleasantly unusual but very welcome. Preparation of my room in the evening included hot water bottles placed under the sheet at the foot of the bed which was a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of quality food including the option of cream with the fruit and a very tasty crème brûlée cake. I would undoubtedly stay here again and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Very beautiful historical place, magnificent garden, nice staff
Equipment is a bit old for 5 stars hotel, would be also nice to have a kettle, mini fridge and iron in the room. Bathroom items with no tooth brush and comb. Also if there's not enough guests in the hotel, the breakfast is served as a limited menu with modest portions, the buffet is served only if there's enough guests.
