    We love this hotel and will use it every time we visit Scarborough, well, maybe.

    Greeting was exactly what we expected. Room was ready early and perfect. View, well the view is just amazing.

    Allocated seating at breakfast was silly, nobody told us so we sat where we liked and we will again. Lose the allocation, nobody else does it for good reason, its daft.

    The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is excellent, plenty of parking on the road.

    The single room was tiny and on the top floor, overpriced for the size of it. If I stayed again I wouldn't want to be any higher than the first floor especially as breakfast is on the lower ground floor.
