The room size was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Big comfortable couch
shower over bath, prefer stand alone shower. Some snacks, biscuits or nuts. Bigger glassware

Very friendly staff, the property was clean and the beds were comfy . Great location for Princess Theatre and general CBD activities.

could be better for the money
Nice hotel;
the bed dipped in the middle. The noise from outside was very loud- they need to look at some way to reduce this, as we could not sleep till about 2am. The buffet needed to be refreshed by 9 am, all the hot food was over cooked/bacon grey, eggs chewy. The staff member was lovely, and the restaurant was kept clean .
