  Property was a disappointment for the price, way too small, and portly maintained.

  Close to lake

  Second and third bedroom extremely small and louvre door provided no privacy. Dated interior and not well maintained.

  We loved it and will consider Lakeside Esplanade every time when we plan our next QT trip.

  This is the second time staying in one of the Esplanade Lakeside units. We loved proximity to Queenstown, being lakeside, next to a playground for the kids and the facilities and easy of convenience when checking in.

  The apartment had minor spots that weren't that clean. However, management was very quick to respond and get cleaners out to rectify, so no issues from our perspective. A coffee machine (whether capsules or french press) would be nice. Instant coffee doesn't quite do it, and other units on lakeside supply a capsule machine. It was a small let down but no biggie.

  Expensive, but it lives up to the cost, with small details covered, a true luxury experience.

  Warm and welcoming on arrival, excellent guest information booklet, perfect location with easy walk to shops and tour offices, off road parking but the BEST was in the in-floor heating! So nice to stand on the floor.

  We couldn't get the fireplace to work, even following instructions. It wasn't needed, so didn't cause problems or ruin our experience. Parking space is very narrow, our large car needed a few attempts to get in.

  Second time staying. Love this property.

  Second time staying at this property over the last few years. This apartment is in such a great location, easy walk to everything, very warm and comfortable. I loved that when we arrived the house was warm, and lights had been left on, It made it feel so welcoming. The apt has allocated parking out the back, either in the garage or next to the garage, very secure and hidden. The property managers are very helpful and very quick to respond. They were also happy to accommodated a later checkout for us.

  It was ok with plenty of space to relax.

  Great location with an easy walk to town.

  The decor is a bit old fashioned and needs some repairs especially in the bathrooms. The front master bedroom was very noisy with the traffic starting early in the morning.
