    Great Location, loved the quiet however not value for money for the experience we had

    -Location -Secluded -not crowded with cottages / people - individual homemade soaps were a great touch - LOVED your homemade bread - the fireplace was perfect - loved taking walks around the property

    -Very small kitchen/dining and living area for family of 4. - no proper wall mirror provided in the bathroom. The small round mirror was odd to use - the shower area was right behind the bathroom door and i got bumped into coz my son accidentally opened the door - the exhaust in the kitchen wasnt working well enough and while we cooked the smoke alarm kept going off - we definitely did not appreciate the view of the mountains being blocked due to the ugly half dead bush right in front of the cottage. Yes it is probably done for privacy however people can draw blinds for that. That bush really killed it for us - also given the per night charges we paid for this cottage it would have been only fair for breakfast (eggs) and firewood to be supplied for both days. Getting us to pay for those on top of paying $660 for 2 nights was not fair - lastly we would have preferred if there was a document printed and kept inside the cottage with all the do's and dont's so anyone staying could just read and follow. Having small reminder notes stuck in multiple places was really not our way of holidaying.

    Enjoyable family stay in a beautiful location, easy access to hiking trails in the area.

    Cleanliness was wonderful and all items required were at our fingertips. Personal touches of fresh eggs, home made bread and soaps were appreciated.
