    Nice cottage but no welcome from the host

    We liked the location and the outside area

    There was absolutely no communication from the host. We had to phone to find out where the cottage was situated and where to collect the key. When we left, there were no checkout instructions or communication either, so we simply left the key in the key box at the exit. The cottage had an unpleasant smell, a combination of cleaning products and damp, stale water. On top of that, there was no Wi-Fi at all. The communal swimming pool was full of leaves and never cleaned in the 4 days we were there.

    The facility is definitely worth it. It is a cozy environment. Amazing for a family get-away.

    Location and stay were amazing. Chalet neat, cozy, comfortable and clean. Very family friendly.

    Maybe look into the key collection, person responsible for the key needs to be visible and maybe need to know the book-in times.

    I love the climate and nature with wild animals roaming around, definitely the highlight.

    The location is in a prime location, few minutes from all amenities, beach, restaurants and shops

    The mattress was a bit worn out, but I communicated it to the host and they sorted it out.

    Excellent value for money

    Located right near the main restaurants and shops. The beach was only a very short drive away. Very idyllic pool area with plenty of braais available and a big pool but a bit too cold in August which is understandable as it’s winter. Nice private garden

    A dishwasher would of been nice instead of the wine fridge
