    Maple House

    Comfy beds, clean kitchen, cosy lounge. Very quiet neighbourhood. Easy walking through the park to shops, railway station and Exeter Quay and city.

    Shower over bath and shower screen inadequate...needs replacing.

    Almost perfect stay! well-maintained and accurately described property. Would stay there again!

    The property was clean and functional, and everything was exactly as described and expected.

    We visited during record setting heat and unfortunately, found only a single fan to use throughout the entire house. since air conditioning is not provided (nor expected), we were really expecting to find fans for each of the bedrooms and the main living room. while the host can do nothing about the weather, having enough fans available for the living room and bedrooms is a relatively small investment for the comfort of visiting guests who are unlikely to purchase fans for a few day stay.

    Well appointed house in a quiet location at the end of a cul de sac

    Was very hot, and the duvet was a bit heavy. Bed was a little soft for our liking
