Quasi perfetto
La struttura è in posizione centrale, al quarto piano con ascensore, la camera è grande e con un bell'idromassaggio. Frigorifero, cestino, letto comodo e tapparelle elettriche
La pulizia potrebbe essere più intensa, ci sono alcune cose che vanno riviste (lenzuolo di sotto, scopettone bagno, doccia, corrimano scale). Nonostante le ottime finistra, sotto all'hotel c'è un locale musicale e per 4 notti abbiamo sentito la musica jazz fino a mezzanotte notte (può essere anche piacevole).

La ubicación y la forma individual de hacer check in. Está en un lugar inmejorable para ver los monumentos más interesantes. Al lado de una calle llena de restaurantes. Limpieza buena

Eine gute Empfehlung!
Die ganze Wohnung und das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet! Alles ist neu, die Whirlpoolwanne ist super, auch die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln ist sehr angenehm. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon dabei, zwar zum Innenhof, aber trotzdem kann man da seinen Kaffee außen trinken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Man befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Palermo, direkt vor der Haustür sind unzählige Cafes, Restaurants, Läden und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Märkte kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof geht man in ca 15 Minuten. Die Schließfächer, um das Gepäck noch am Abreisetag aufzubewahren, fanden wir sehr hilfreich, ein toller Service! Der Gastgeber Claudio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, bei einem kleinen Problem in unserem Zimmer hat er sich sofort gekümmert!
Bitte nicht vom Haus außen abschrecken lassen, das Haus und der Eingangsbereich wirken wenig einladend und der Aufzug ist etwas speziell und uralt, sobald man aber im 4. Stock in den Wohnungsbereich kommt, befindet man sich in einer anderen Welt und alles ist bestens! Das WLAN war etwas schwach und unstabil.

Posizione centralissima! Punto strategico per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse da visitare! Collegata bene con i mezzi di trasporto, a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus! Struttura pulita e silenziosa nonostante sita in pieno centro, in una zona piena di locali!
