Great apartment and location, ugly building and street.
Very new, clean, and bright. Location to cafes, Theatro, and a few other attractions is fantastic.
The building is ugly. The street is mixed - ugly old buildings, graffiti everywhere but there is an expensive furniture shop opposite our building.

Optimal
Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber / neu. Es liegt mitten in der Stadt, vieles ist fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben gut geschlafen, da es ruhig war. Viele Restaurants und kleine Läden sind gleich um die Ecke. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Appartement, modern groß, einfach perfekt. Super Lage in der Innenstadt! Check in und Check out problemlos, Stefano ist total nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Seitenstraße und das Haus von aussen ist sehr alt....aber das kann letztendlich egal sein, das Appartement ist perfekt!

Disturbed sleep, , broken lift, felt an unsafe area but nice interior to the property.
Clean and comfortable.
The location and building, although central, is dilapidated and dirty and felt very unsafe with questionable men hanging round on the same corner for hours in the evening staring at my wife and I as we walked to the property each time we left or arrived. The lifts were out of order (reports of this in the past also) and my wife was unwell so climbing so many floors was quite an effort, it’s a lot of stairs. Then there was the noise. It was a loud drainage related noise like flushing every 5 minutes that echoed very close to the bed. By midnight we’d had enough messaged the host who said he had no idea, oddly enough it stopped after we’d mentioned it? Sleep was terrible.
