The perfect home away from home in Portimão ❤️
Absolutely everything! The apartment was beautiful, spotless and genuinely had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It felt like a proper home away from home rather than just a holiday rental. The balconies were gorgeous, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, and all the little extras made such a difference — right down to things like hairdryers,washing machine,dishwasher, oven- every utensil you could possibly need- and even two irons 😂 The hosts were absolutely incredible too. On our first night we had a small issue with the entry codes and they responded immediately and got us sorted.- when I say immediately i called at midnight and we were in the door 2 minutes Later!! Later we had an issue with the boiler at around 11pm and, despite how late it was, they were at the apartment within about 10 minutes trying to fix it. They then came back the very next day and fitted an entirely new boiler! We honestly couldn't believe how quickly they dealt with it. There was no waiting around, no hassle and their communication throughout was brilliant. We stayed for 11 nights as a family and honestly couldn't have chosen a better place in Portimão. It was one of those apartments that genuinely became our little home while we were there, and we were actually sad to leave. We would come back in a heartbeat. ❤️ Thank you so much for our stay!!!
Honestly, nothing. Any tiny issue we had was dealt with so quickly by the hosts that it never negatively affected our stay. Our only complaint is that we eventually had to go home 😂
