    The unit itself was decent and well-catered for. We appreciated the AC in the rooms and the cleanliness of the pool. There are some minor drainage issues in one of the showers and a loose light fixture that needs attention.

    I want to highlight a serious issue with your security staff. We were treated with total disrespect by a guard named "Azito" over the placement of our parking permit. Even though we placed it on the left (as instructed by the arrival guard to ensure road safety), he was aggressive and refused to listen to reason. This encounter was so unpleasant that it has completely changed our minds about rebooking in the future, to top this off when you exit to leave the security has a "TIP BOX" which they bring to the window and will only open the booms if you "TIP" before you exit!
