    Localização boa, apartamento fraco.

    Localização

    O apartamento precisa de obras de remodelação. As janelas são muito antigas e não há isolamento acústico e térmico. Só há ar condicionado na sala e os quartos ficam muito quentes. Ouve-se todo e qualquer barulho tanto da rua como dos vizinhos. O calor nos quartos e o barulho constante não possibilitaram o melhor descanso para as férias.
