  Personale gentilissimo e disponibili, posizione ottima, tende davvero belle e molto confortevoli, letto molto comodo.buono il ristorante con molta attenzione per il gluten free, e Dorris è super simpatica.

  La nostra tenda era sul fiume, bellissima ma a volte si avvertiva un odore sgradevole dovuto alla presenza di ippopotami proprio sotto.

  Ruined my wife’s 40th birthday

  I booked this lodge specifically for my wife’s 40th birthday, ordered a cake in advance, and explicitly asked them to make her stay special. They completely ignored the request. Despite mentioning her birthday to several staff members throughout the trip, not a single person even wished her a happy birthday. The poor service extended to our game drives as well. On our final drive, our guide made zero effort to help us spot a bird we specifically requested, even though it was only a few meters away. He lied and claimed he couldn't drive off-road, despite doing so every other day. To make matters worse, he rushed us back to camp first every single day, returning 15 to 30 minutes earlier than all the other drivers. The lack of attention to detail was appalling. To cap off a disappointing trip, on our final night, they set us up in a separate dining area with cold food without giving us any choice on where we wanted to dine. If you are planning a trip to the Masai Mara and expect great hospitality, look elsewhere. I highly recommend picking another place.

  Beautiful camp in the heart of Masai Mara, with great animals, great food, and great accommodations.

  This is a beautiful safari camp in a fantastic location. The property is elegant with a lovely open-air dining area, reception pavilion, swimming pool, bar area, souvenir shop, and several open-air living rooms situated around the camp. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very secure with an electric fence around the camp to keep the large animals out, plus on-duty guards day and night to make sure all guests are safe and sound. We had excellent privacy in our tent by the river, with views of the animals that came down to the water. There were usually hippos around right by our camp. We really liked that 3 game drives per day were included in the price along with all meals. Our driver Dennis was fantastic, and showed us all the sights. He had the excellent recommendation that we combine the two morning drives into a longer drive with a picnic breakfast out on the safari. This allowed us to do longer drives which we loved. The great migration was so impressive! Dennis knew all about all the animals and terrain, and we learned so much from him. The animals were amazing, and we saw so many babies -- elephant babies, giraffe babies, warthog babies, young lion, wildebeest, zebra, etc. We also got excellent massages from Ann who was wonderful. A very special trip and we recommend this camp highly.

  I can't think of any improvement or suggestion. The camp was actively involved in maintenance and renovation, and clearly take great care of the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved staying here in the heart of the park.

  Fantastisch in alle opzichten!

  De ligging van het kamp in de Masai Mara. In de directe omgeving gelijk al veel dieren en een adembenemende natuur. Echt prachtig! Onze ranger Raphael wist de perfecte plekken te vinden om dieren van heel dichtbij te zien. Het personeel in de lodge is geweldig en doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Ook het eten was heerlijk. Dank Shiela en Wasila.
