Beautiful Location in Santiago
The view was very nice from the balcony and the bed linens and mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the cabinets were nice. The building itself is well designed and modern. There's a mall and other shops very close by. Good showers and water pressure.
It was difficult to communicate with the host and the front desk personnel didn't have my name when I arrived. There was no central heat but there were 2 space heaters, one of which didn't work. The broken was replaced and when it was turned on the breaker tripped and we had to call to find where the electrical box was. The small dining table has 3 legs and when I put my carry on bag on it as I walked in, the table fell over. The couch also has no padding and is very uncomfortable.

The appartment is very close to the metro, and walking distance of malls, supermarkets, restaurants. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware.
Laundry in the building could include detergent, for travellers to be able to use it and not expend on a package they are not going to finish, like a vending machine per unit.
