    Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und versucht jede gewünschte Tour zu organisieren. Jeder Gast wird hier namentlich angesprochen und man fühlt sich sehr familiär

    Das 8-Bett Zimmer hat keine eigene Toilette und Dusche. Man muss auf das öffentliche Klo in der Lobby ausweichen; das Zimmer hätte man entsprechend nicht mit „mit eigenem Badezimmer“ bewerben sollen

    The location is nice, with beautiful tropical surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere.

    There was no electricity from around 11–4 PM, and construction/maintenance work continued until around 6–7 PM, with people frequently walking around with flashlights. The pool was quite dirty and didn’t really feel suitable for swimming. The room also didn’t provide basic glasses, so I had to ask for them myself. I also found the cash-only payments and key deposit inconvenient. Overall, I expected better facilities and maintenance for the price.
