Why don't they invest in equipment and cleaning? I cannot understand.
The apartment was dirty (kitchen was very dirty), some chairs were broken, the electric kettle was broken, a lot of dishes and cutlery were missing, and the ones that were there were sticky with dirt. When the heating broke down, the owner's intervention was very slow (he didn't care much). The only thing that this apartment can boast about is its PERFECT LOCATION and TERRACE WITH A VIEW ON ROME.

Appartamento perfetto per rilassarsi sui Castelli Romani
Posizione centralissima, casa di pregio con terrazzo stupendo vista mare. Appartamento molto ampio, su due livelli, con 3 camere da letto. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, le scale un po' ripide per l'appartamento che possono risultare scomode per persone anziane e bambini. Ma basta affrontarle lentamente e tutto va alla grande.

Wspaniały rodzinny czas.
Najlepsza lokalizacja. Wokół dużo restauracji i kawiarni. Idealne dla 6 osób.
Brak klimatyzacji. Konieczność wejścia na drugie piętro krętymi schodami - dość uciążliwe z walizkami.
