    Disappointed. Appears the other reviews are A.I generated. Apartment 1-7 avoid!

    Location was ok.

    Avoid Apartment 1-7. On arrival. We had to pay €30 for late check in. At 9.30pm. Check in is not until 4pm. Very greedy of them. My bedroom window was in another apartments balcony- I noticed as the person was looking around his balcony also. I had to close my window and blind for the duration of they stay for privacy. I had no fresh air or natural sunlight in my room over this. The both bedrooms had this issue. So our apartment was dark and dull for our stay. Both showers leaked all over the floor when you were in them. Even when fully closing the doors. The bathmat and floor would be soaked. We were unable to use the swimming pool facilities as there was ants climbing on everything. If you put your towel down to lie down on the loungers , you had hundreds of ants on you. The restaurant/cafe in the grounds kept throwing buckets of water to get the ants away. This was a big let down for us as we booked it for the pool usage. The gym facilities were not in the building ,but a few buildings down. Open to the public. Which was also not mentioned when I booked. The key we had for the beach- the entrance out of the apartments. We were unable to get in from the beach side. And had to keep walking around back to the entrance of the apartments. There was no place for you to place your fob or open with the key directly. So a pointless entrance / exit. Our biggest annoyance was the pool area. With the ants. It was awful. The constant messages from the AI they have set up ,is a nuisance also. The reviews are clearly fake, now I have stayed , there is no way they have such a high rating. The pictures were also photoshopped. As they look nothing like what you stay in. If you are booking request what number apartment you are staying in and avoid 1-7. Ask for pictures of your apartment, and not the ones only shown on bookingcom. It is not a cheap place to stay so the above issues should not be happening.

    Najlepszy możliwy obiekt w pobliżu Puerto Banus.

    Mieszkanie w najlepszej możliwej lokalizacji obok Puerto Banus. Dysponuje przeogromnym, własnym, prywatnym i zamkniętym ogrodem z basenami, ścieżkami i ławkami, skąd jest wyjście prosto do portu, a także prosto na plażę. Cicho, komfortowo i luksusuowo. Zestaw powitalny oraz wszelkie kosmetyki były zapewnione. Trzy baseny i restauracje w ogrodzie, wszystko pięknie oświetlone w nocy. Łatwy dojazd, miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym parkingu. Drzwi keyless - otwierane i zamykane na kod, co jest dużym plusem, jeśli ktoś chce się dostać do domu sam. Idealna baza wypadowa, łatwy wyjazd wprost na drogę główną. Polecam!
