  Neighborhood is excellent. Rent there, but a different house. Too many serious problems.

  . Very serious: the beds in two bedrooms were not made, the duvets were dirty and the pillowcases were stained. . The downstairs bedrooms have no blackout curtains. With the light coming in, it was difficult for any adult to sleep, and even more difficult for our baby. . In a house that costs over €1,500 per day, paying €25 per day for the baby cot. . The baby cot was not in proper condition. . The lock on the entrance gate was broken, it could not be closed from the outside. . When we reported the problems, the people managing the service denied them. . They were rude. There is something strange between the rating this property has on Booking, which made us rent the house, and the reality. I don't know if they changed the people responsible for maintenance and cleaning, or if there is some other problem. The person who handed us the keys did not have the competence to manage the house or to solve any problem. The neighborhood is excellent, so if you want my advice: rent in this neighborhood, but a different house. There will be much better options. And the issue of the beds being dirty and unmade, along with the lack of blackouts, is unacceptable. ps: after I posted my comment, the property replied with a lot of lies, that you can read below.   Spędziliśmy w tej willi tylko jedną dobę, ale to wystarczyło, abyśmy zakochali się w tym miejscu bez pamięci. Z pełną odpowiedzialnością mogę powiedzieć, że zdjęcia w ofercie w ogóle nie są przekłamane – na żywo wszystko wygląda jeszcze piękniej i bardziej imponująco! Oto co zachwyciło nas najbardziej: Wnętrza i wyposażenie: Dom jest urządzony w przepięknym, nowoczesnym stylu z ogromnym wyczuciem smaku. Kuchnia to absolutne mistrzostwo – perfekcyjnie wykończona, wyposażona we wszelkie możliwe udogodnienia, o jakich można pomyśleć. Strefa zewnętrzna: Basen to po prostu marzenie! Czysty, pięknie wkomponowany w otoczenie, idealny do relaksu. Cały ogród i taras są niezwykle zadbane, widać tu dbałość o najmniejszy, nawet najdrobniejszy szczegół. Czystość i detale: Dom lśnił czystością. Każdy kąt, pościel, ręczniki – wszystko przygotowane na najwyższym, hotelowym standardzie premium. Naturalne światło, które wpada do salonu, tworzy niesamowity, wakacyjny klimat. Gospodarze: Cudowni, niezwykle troskliwi i opiekuńczy ludzie. Od samego początku dbali o to, abyśmy czuli się komfortowo, a ich gościnność przerosła nasze oczekiwania. Lokalizacja w Marbesie jest świetna – spokojna, bezpieczna i bardzo blisko morza. To idealne miejsce zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i na dłuższe, luksusowe wakacje z rodziną. Z całego serca polecam i na pewno tutaj wrócimy, ale tym razem na znacznie dłużej! 10/10!

  Really clean and well presented.

  More towels and a guide of the area, including restaurants, shops and things to do would have been helpful.
