    Geräumige Wohnung an wunderbarer, eigentlich ruhiger Lage. Bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, super Aussicht.

    Das Haus ist alt und die Fenster sind undicht, so dass es bei starkem Wind durch die Ritzen pfeift (deshalb oben „eigentlich ruhige Lage“). Wir hatten mit ein paar stürmischen - und damit pfeifenden - Tagen und Nächten Pech.

    Pour son extérieur

    L'appartement présente un agréable extérieur permettant d'apprécier la magnifique vue sur la mer et le sanctuaire Santa Maria. Il est juste à côté du centre historique et de ses commerces riches et variés. La gare centrale se trouve à une quinzaine de minutes à pied. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Ibi.

    Dommage que l'intérieur soit vétuste et n'offre pas le standing attendu vis à vis du prix à la nuitée. Si la climatisation est présente, l'ancienneté des boiseries ne permet pas un usage de qualité. La tuyauterie symphonique à chaque usage d'eau devient désagréable à l'audition Je doute de la conformité électrique, notamment dans la cuisine. Le disjoncteur sautant à chaque démarrage de la machine à laver en est l'exemple.
