    Dissapointed for the price paid

    Spacious, clean and provided enough essentials

    Room was very hot, didn’t stay during a heatwave either. Only one fan provided and broken ac. Shower was difficult to use and poor water pressure. Parking was listed nearby, but the ones we went to the cars had smashed in windows. So didn’t feel comfortable parking there. Had to spend more money on parking further for each day. Bad odour in the hallways too

    Lovely people had no problems unlike other reviews, the front desk lady was lovely and funny, the room was so lovely it made us look at some apartments here to live in, would definitely recommend.

    Some plug sockets didn't work and the living room radiator didn't warm anything up as there was a draft coming in through the windows even though they were closed. Bed was slightly uncomfortable as the pillows kept falling behind the bed from the gap between the backboard and the mattress.

    1. Good location, walking distance to the city center. 2. Big space and comfortable room. 3. Easy self check-in process.

    1. No free parking. You’ll have to look for paid parking spaces (the property manager will give instructions and suggestions, but all need to pay). 2. Deposit: bear in mind a 150 GBP deposit is mandatory. For those who don’t have a UK bank account, please DO NOT pay by the bank transfer. They will/can only return the deposit to a UK bank account. 3. Cleaning: do remember to do the cleaning of the room before the check-out coz no cleaning fee is charged. 4. We stayed in the apartment during the weekend and I was unlucky to be woken up at 2:30AM by the big noise on Friday and Saturday nights due to the crowd in the pub (NG-One) which is right opposite to the building.

    Rude host

    The apartment is in a great location of the city centre.

    The dishwasher kept pulling out as its not fitted in properly, which cause the bottom wall panel to keep popping out.... Now this one concerns when I tried to rebook the place, The host Gladys is one of the most rude people I've came across. She would not answer the phone and then cancelled my booking because they didn't do there job to prevent a double booking which left me stranded and waiting 8 days for a refund due to no fault of my own
