Great Place to stay, either for short or long time, with great hosts! Highlly recomended!
The place was great. Renovated apartment in an apartment block, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable staying . Clear instructions from the hosts on how to get the keys and how to go into the apartment! Impressive how clean it was when we got there! The location is a bit outside the city center but you are away from the masses and for us this was a big plus! . It has amazing connection with public transport that get you directly into the city center. Great facilities around the place, with restaurants supermarkets that a tourist with kids needs during their staying. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Also very close to the train that gets you either from and to the airport, or to and from the city center! Finally, the response from the hosts was immediate and accurate answering all the questions we had before and during our staying!
Everything was really great! The only recommendation is a microwave, for heating food instead of a small oven that already is in the apartment! :)

Локация в спокоен затворен комплекс на удобно място за градски транспорт. Просторен апартамент с тераса, в чист вход, с работещ асансьор.
Амортизирани мебели, недостатъчна хигиена. Има климатик само в едната стая.

We really loved Marconi 31 and I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
We loved the size and comfort of this apartment. Very comfortable beds and living space. Well equiped kitchen. Location and neighbourhood was good.
The distance from the Historic town was about 40-50 minute walk. But there is lots of places to eat, drink shop directly in the neighbourhood of the apartment. So overall - this was not a problem at all, we just enjoyed the walking.
