Worth it if you are all about location but I’ve had better experience elsewhere.
The location was perfect especially for those who are planning to take the day tour to St. Moritz/Bernina Express. It is so conveniently close to the meeting point (Plaza della Republica). I also like the fact it is close by restaurants and their local supermarket.
The lobby was very dark. If you take the stairs, make sure to turn the lights on. Otherwise, you might think it is not working. There is an elevator/lift but if you have weak knees, please be aware there is still a flight of stairs ( about 10 steps) to climb before accessing the elevators. Lastly, please make sure to confirm with booking.com about the tourist tax. You will be asked to pay prior to check out. Lastly, I was not happy with the communication and customer service when trying to inquire about the additional fee and other inquiries about the hotel facilities. It was not a pleasant experience for me personally. As someone who travels frequently, I ask questions so I can understand not to be belittled or treated as I was a child. I’ll likely not stay there because of that and would pay for a hotel instead. The cleaning staff were very nice and hardworking though.

Excellent stay! Would definitely return again.
Very convenient and safe location, well serviced by public transportation. Super clean and bright apartment. Two full bathrooms and with cozy bedrooms. The check-in and check-out processes were effortless, and the host was always friendly and quick to respond. Perfect for our family stay!
