    Una chicca con grandi potenzialità abbandonata.

    Posizione. Terrazzi. Vista sul mare e accesso diretto alla spiaggia che però essendo solo su prenotaIone(difficile) raramente fruibile. Parcheggio privato.

    Casa trascurata, arredi fatiscenti, letto scomodo, bagni vecchissimi, lavatrice arrugginita, zanzariere inefficienti, caldo insopportabile (solo ventilatori), accesso alle camere con scalinata stretta e ripida, no Wi-Fi.

    Der Ausblick von der Terrasse 👍

    Die alten Möbel, v.a. die Betten/Matratzen wurden gefühlt nie getauscht 🙈 Der Geruch in den Schlafzimmern ist entsprechend „muffig“ wenn man nicht lüftet… Die Wände könnten auch mal wieder Farbe vertragen.
