リピはない。
トイレットペーパーが足りないとBooking.com経由でメッセージを送ると、通常個数は用意していたが足りないなら追加で届けるとの返事があり、翌日帰宅すると返事通りに追加トイレットペーパーが部屋に届けられていたので安心できた。
ソファーに皮脂の臭いが強くあり、堪らずクッションカバーは外して洗濯したが、ソファー自体の皮脂臭は消えず不快な思いをした。また、冷蔵庫が壊れて冷えなくなり、入れていた牛乳もダメになって最後の２泊は冷蔵庫なしで過ごさなければならなかった。職員の方が見に来る等の対応はあったが結局直らず、部屋変えの対応もあったが夜間のため都合よく運ばず、もっと日中の早い時間に対応して頂けていたら状況は良かったはずとの思いが拭えない。しかし謝罪の言葉は十分だったと感じている。

This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Bath. It’s very cosy and beautifully equipped, with incredibly thoughtful hosts who promptly resolved any questions or minor issues that arose during our stay. Thank you so much! Beautiful
It's beautiful! I especially loved the high quality artwork, furnishings & views. The street has lovely cafes, a brilliant gallery & interesting small shops, including a bookshop.
It was a little tricky to find the rear entrance & wheeling a heavy suitcase down cobbled streets, across gravel & up several flights of stairs was hard (but ultimately worthwhile ). I had a bath but unfortunately it was lukewarm however there was sufficient hot water for showers.

Мне понравилось абсолютно всё. Квартира очен. Аутентичная, всё рядом, я везде ходила пешком, музеи, центральная улица, магазины и рестораны и в тоже время без загруженности и суеты. Очень уютная ванная комната, прекрасная кофемашина, роскошная спальняя кровать. Супер. Благодарю.
