    Everything was good except housekeeping.

    The staff in the breakfast buffet area was amazing. Friendly and helpful!

    The service for the room was terrible. After night one the room was not serviced at all, no trash empty, wipe down, bed made or anything. We asked the counter for two towels, they were left on the credenza, but no trash emptied, no pump hand soap added which was empty day one. The 3rd day we did ask for washcloths, same, no service for room, again asked for towel service, they did bring towels, and the dirty towels finally retrieved from floor and trash emptied. We then had to ask for toilet paper. At no point during 5-night stay was the bed made, the room cleaned or wiped nor were the bed linens changed.
