    Great location and a good accommodation, if you’ve never been to Napoli.

    The location is great and the terrace view is fenomenal. The room is cute and spacious and is great for a shorter stay.

    The place is marketed as an apartment, which is incorrect. The accommodation is a room in the host's house with access to their rooftop terrace. If you want to bring friends over, this is not the place for you, as the hosts only informs you of their no visitors policy after you are at the location. The kitchen is a "kitchenette"; there is no stove or sink, and if you need to wash dishes, you must do so in the bathroom sink, making the entire dining experience uncomfortable. Furthermore, there were poo markings in the toilet when we checked in, and most surfaces were dusty, which made me question the hygiene of the location.

    Access to the rooftop was amazing, providing a fantastic sea view. Apartment was clean and comfortable, facilities superb and Andrea was the perfect host, made us very welcome and made it clear that he was available to help with anything but otherwise left us to it, which was the perfect balance. I couldn't have asked for more and would recommend Margherita 109 without hesitation. The local area has some top class restaurants and the main city centre is easily walkable. Fenicular railway and main Trainline are on the doorstep. Would return in a heartbeat. 🙏🏻
