    Exceptional

    Huge appartement, very clean. Easy walking to the next "spiaggia libera" and public parking directly in front. Nice personal touches from the very nice host, specially the electric water filter, so we did not have by botteled water!

    Superb

    Perfect location, the apartament is big and very comfortable, with air conditioning, great pizza downstairs, the beach and ponte pescara in 10mins walk. Laura is very nice and helpful person. She helped us with the taxi and prepared beach umbrellas for us. On a rainy day there where umbrellas waiting for us at the door. There was also small surprise for the kids. We felt like home not in a rented place.I recommend!

    This accomodation was ok but not perfect

    The unit was very clean and spacious with plenty of locks on the door .it was close to the marina but quite a distance from the main town

    There was no parking other than street parking which was 3 blocks away sometimes. The shower was hand held over the bath which was challenging for senior guests and we had difficulty accessing the wifi
